Crankshaft is made of casted alloy steel. Eccentric ring gear, connection rod and bearings mounted on it.
Crosshead and crosshead guide
Crosshead and crosshead guide are made of ASTM A48-83 meehanite featuring god abrasion resistance and long service life.
Pinion shaft is made of forged alloy steel, on which a herringbone gear with the medium teeth surface is machined.
Module is made from high quality alloy 35CrMoA or 40 CrMoMn Manufacturing (AISI8620 or 4135), hardness HB285-330, the mechanical properties σb ≥ 850Mpa, σs ≥ 670 Mpa, δ ≥ 5%, design pressure: 5000PSI, 7500PSI и 10000PSI (351, 527 и 703 kg/cm2).

Valves and seats
Valves and seats are made of high quality forged steel and have a longer life.
The hub is formed from high grade steel. The piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are resistant to effects or heat ,oil and water.
Piston rods are manufactured by the high-quality alloy steel.
Pnoy rod is made of high-quality alloys.
