Hydrocracking catalyst for producing high viscosity index cracked tail oil

 

The catalyst takes high activity and hydrogenation performance with metal tungsten nickel as hydrogenation component, and is mainly used in a hydrocracking device to produce high viscosity index cracking tail oil as high quality lubricating base oil. The methanation catalyst is suitable for the process of converting CO, CO2 and H2 into a CH4 in a synthesis gas such as natural gas, coke oven gas or coal gas. The catalyst is mainly used for deep purification, so that СО+СО2 ≤ 10 ppm in the gas. Ethylene polymerization catalyst

Ziegler-Natta series ethylene polymerization catalyst

The Ziegler-Natta series ethylene polymerization catalyst takes magnesium chloride (MgCl2) as a carrier and titanium ion as an active center. It can be used to produce full-density polyethylene, which is suitable for dry powder feed and slurry feed.

Hydrogenation catalyst

Pyrolysis gasoline a selective hydrogenation catalyst:

A selective hydrogenation process for pyrolysis gasoline takes a noble metal palladium catalyst for the removal of diolefins and small amounts of monoolefines. The catalyst takes palladium as the active component, with a special production process adopted, which is suitable for the primary hydrogenation of C6-C7 and C6-C8 fractions. The service life of the catalyst is not less than 4 years.

 

Catalyst characteristics:

The active component content is high and the hydrogenation activity is excellent.

With strong anti-impurity ability, it has strong adaptability to raw materials with high impurities such as arsenic and sulfur.

The carrier is made of special alumina, which is subjected to high temperature treatment and alkali metal modification, with low acidity. Thus the catalyst is featured with good hydrogenation activity and selectivity.

The catalyst is subjected to external reduction and passivation treatment, and can be put into use after simple reduction after loading, and the start-up time is short. With excellent performance stability, there will be no temperature runaway during use.

 

Pyrolysis gasoline secondary selective hydrogenation catalyst

The pyrolysis gasoline secondary selective hydrogenation catalyst, with cobalt, molybdenum and nickel as active components, is mainly used to remove a small amount of diolefins, monoolefines and impurities such as sulfur and nitrogen. It is suitable for the secondary hydrogenation of different fractions such as C5-C8, C6-C7 and C6-C8. The bromine and total sulfur content of the export hydrogenation product can be controlled to below 0.5. The service life is more than 3 years.

The protective agent and the main catalyst have weak acidity and strong anti-coking performance, which ensures stable operation of the device for a long period of time.

 


C-2-fraction selective hydrogenation catalyst


C-2-fraction selective hydrogenation catalyst deacetylation catalyst takes alumina as a carrier, with noble metal palladium and co-active components loaded, to improve the selectivity of the catalytic reaction by the coordinated effect of the active component and the co-active component. In the case where the ethylene loss is as small as possible, the acetylene is removed to 1.0 ml/m3 or less. With strong adaptability, the catalyst is featured with characteristics of high space velocity, good ethylene selectivity, less green oil production and long operating period.

 

 

C-3-fraction selective hydrogenation catalyst


C-3-fraction selective hydrogenation catalyst takes alumina as a carrier, with metal palladium loaded, which can effectively remove propyne and propadiene in the carbon fraction of the ethylene plant to the required index, thereby increasing the propylene yield.

Zinc oxide desulfurizer

Zinc oxide desulfurizer takes zinc oxide as the main active component and special additives. It is mainly used in the production of hydrogen, synthetic ammonia purification, etc. in natural gas, refinery gas, naphtha, syngas, etc., and fine desulfurization at temperatures above 200 degrees. The product has high desulfurization precision and long service life.

 

Alumina-based desulfurizer

The alumina-based spherical adsorbent has a rich pore structure and a special chemical composition, which can significantly increase the adsorption capacity of hydrogen sulfide and water in the gas phase and liquid phase streams. Suitable for the selective adsorption of hydrogen sulphide and water in olefin streams, typically used in the RED's unit of UOP's OLEFLEX process, where the olefins in the unit contain significant amounts of water and hydrogen sulphide, and the olefins flow through the HH-120 sorbent. The water can be removed to below 0.5 ppm.

 


Dechlorination agent


The dechlorination agent HHXTJ-TL01 has reliable dechlorination performance. The product has a large pore distribution and uniform dispersion of active components, which helps to accelerate the adsorption rate and provide excellent chlorine adsorption capacity. Special accelerators & preparation processes and low contactable alumina avoidance areas can minimize the formation of green oil. This product is a non-renewable adsorbent. The active component is subjected to a chemical reaction to remove HCL from the olefin-containing feedstock, typically for treating reformed hydrogen and LPG, reactor effluent in an Oleflex dehydrogenation unit, while removing various liquid olefins.

 

Adsorbent HH3A-EPG


HH3A-EPG adsorbent is a potassium exchanged molecular sieve capable of adsorbing molecules below 3 angstroms in diameter and can be used for industrial drying of unsaturated hydrocarbon materials such as cracking gas, propylene, butadiene, acetylene, etc. and drying of polar liquids. The small pore size of HH3A-EPG adsorbent prevents the adsorption of CO and hydrocarbons and can be regenerated by simultaneous cleaning or evacuation by heating.

 

 

Olefin scavenger


The catalyst is a smooth spherical adsorbent which can selectively adsorb CO2, COS, H2S and CS2 from unsaturated hydrocarbons, featured with aging resistance & low surface activity, and low thermal effect in purifying polar gas streams such as olefins. It can effectively prevent the occurrence of side reactions.

 

Product:

The olefin scavenger can effectively purify the olefin feed stream of the polymerization reaction, and remove COS and CO2 impurities to 20 ppbw. It also efficiently removes water, COS, H2S and CS2 from C2-C4 unsaturated hydrocarbon compounds to ensure the activity and function of the polymerization catalyst and to improve the purity and yield of the polymer.
